IoT Dashboard
We built a real-time IoT monitoring dashboard for a manufacturing company to track temperature, vibration, and humidity data from machines on the factory floor. The solution enabled instant anomaly detection, reduced downtime, and improved maintenance planning.

Implementation
We developed an IoT-based system using MQTT to collect real-time sensor data and display it in a responsive web dashboard. Alerts were triggered based on thresholds, and data was stored for historical analysis. The system was scalable and deployed across multiple factory zones.

The IoT dashboard gave the factory team full visibility into machine health, enabling predictive maintenance and reducing downtime. Decision-making improved thanks to clear visualizations and alerts.
